I was represented by Attorney Griff Shuler. I contacted Daggett Shuler and was called back by Attorney Griff Shuler. He told me that I needed representation even if it was not him. This made me aware that he was really concerned about my best interest. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle for way less than what I was owed. Attorney Shuler treated me with kindness and respect. I actually felt like a family member. He is very knowledgeable about Worker’s Compensation claims and knew what I needed to do. He kept me up to date about my case and explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding about what was happening with my case. We had mediation and he knew my case and when it was the other attorney’s time to speak, Attorney Shuler had presented so well, he could not add anything .
