James C.Cohn

"My passion is advocating for those in need. There is no higher honor than to defend those who cannot stand up for themselves. "

James Cohn believes that all injured and disabled people deserve a strong advocate. He works hard to advance their cause and strives to give sound advice throughout their case. James has broad experience helping people in many situations, litigating both workers’ compensation and personal injury liability claims. He assists injured and disabled clients in all stages of their cases.

James is dedicated to listening thoughtfully to client concerns, understanding their issues, and providing solid legal solutions. He strives to be an authentic, reliable, and trustworthy guide through difficult circumstances. James enjoys helping clients to navigate through an often-confusing process to achieve positive outcomes, having successfully negotiated settlements for clients having complex or catastrophic injuries.
