T.R.’s practice at Daggett Shuler focuses on representing clients with workers’ compensation claims. These are cases where individuals in the community (and beyond) are injured in an accident that arises out of their employment. Because these are the same people who work tirelessly day in and day out to help create and add value to our community, T.R. is passionate about ensuring that if they are injured on the job, that they receive the proper medical treatment and financial benefits to which they are entitled and deserve.

About T.R. Cook

Having previously represented employers and insurance companies on the defense side, T.R. has a unique insight on how insurance companies, and their attorneys, evaluate and handle claims. This perspective assists him in advising clients and helping them better understand what their claim entails, as well as the best possible approaches to resolving their cases in a favorable manor.

Outside of work, T.R. is active with his wife, kids, and family. He is an avid mountain biker (and occasional motorcycle rider). As a result, he has gained a personal appreciation for how a serious injury can affect not only one’s ability to earn a living, but also a person’s relationships, family, personal life, and overall sense of self. Given this, he is serious about achieving the best possible result for his clients.
