About Aindrea M. Pledger

Aindrea became an attorney to make a difference in people’s lives. Each day Aindrea fulfills this mission by helping those who have been injured by the wrongdoing of others. With over a decade of trial experience, Aindrea has fought for clients in courtrooms across North Carolina. In each case, Aindrea brings passion, empathy, and an unwavering desire to see justice done in each client’s case. With the dedication she brings to her work, Aindrea has been successful in helping her clients recover the best possible outcome in a wide variety of civil litigation cases. These cases include motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking collisions, wrongful death claims, impaired driving collisions, motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, premise liability cases, catastrophic personal injury cases including traumatic brain injuries, and medical malpractice cases. No matter the case, Aindrea takes pride in helping her clients through a complicated judicial system to make sure that justice is done in their case.

Prior to joining Daggett Shuler, Aindrea attended Wake Forest University School of Law after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Aindrea began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Forsyth and Guilford counties. There she gained valuable jury trial and litigation experience advocating for victims who were harmed by others. Aindrea then transitioned into a civil ligation practice where she gained civil litigation experiencing trying complex civil litigation cases, including medical malpractice cases, product liability cases and catastrophic personal injury cases throughout North Carolina courts. Aindrea used this real-world knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest School of Law where she taught a team of students in its trial advocacy program. As a coach, she helped lead Wake Forest to its first ever trial advocacy national championship in 2018.

One area that Aindrea is especially passionate about is representing victims of impaired drivers. As a prosecutor, Aindrea held drunk and drugged drivers accountable for their wrongful criminal acts. Aindrea continues this pursuit of accountability and justice as a civil litigator. Aindrea’s passion for representing and advocating for victims injured by drunk and drugged drivers motivates her to ensure they are fairly compensated for their injuries while holding the wrongdoer accountable for their egregious actions. Aindrea’s career-long dedication to justice drives her to consistently fight for injured people against wrongdoers, insurance companies, and corporations.
