This world-renowned triathlon event requires competitors to complete a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run.

David Daggett sat down with FOX 8 news to discuss this incredible event, as well as how he prepares for the physical challenges of an Ironman distance triathlon.
