How Much Uninsured (UM) and Under Insured Motorist (UIM) Coverage is Recommended?

We like to look at somebody’s individual financial situation, their ability to pay and those sort of things. But we typically think a minimum amount of coverage that somebody should have should be what’s called $100,000/$300,000 coverage, which means $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident, no matter how many people are involved. Uninsured and underinsured coverage is available up to a million dollars of coverage.

The attorneys at Daggett Shuler helped me with three different cases when I was injured on the job. In working with me on my worker’s compensation, personal injury and disability claims, they always kept me informed along the way with each claim. The paralegals at the firm were also extremely helpful and were always available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Daggett Shuler, as they were successful in winning all three of my cases.
