I would like to take a minute to express my gratitude to the the staff at Daggett Shuler and in particular Cindy Cosgrove. I am not the easiest person in the world to get along with at times, but she was given a gift from above in how to handle people in need of an attitude adjustment. I think she missed her calling, because she would have made a great therapist. She walked me through every step of the complete procedure, and she and Griff Shuler made sure my settlement was both fair and done in a timely manner. When I first spoke to Mr. Shuler I made it perfectly clear that I didn’t even want to go on workers compensation to begin with. I began to understand rather quickly that this is a business, and unfortunately the attorneys for the insurance company make you feel like you’re just a number. I was fortunate to have the team from Daggett Shuler prepare me for what lay ahead, as it was quite a shock. I would recommend Griff to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect, while keeping their dignity intact.
