WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (February 21, 2013) – Winston-Salem attorney Julie L. Bell of Daggett Shuler, Attorneys at Law is serving as the program Co-Chair of the Disbursements Seminar presented by the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. The Disbursements Seminar is a Continuing Legal Education program that will provide guidance on what to do with personal injury proceeds once a claim settles, address issues with regard to Medicare, Medicaid, other health insurance reimbursement claims and Wrongful Death settlements among other topics. Bell is also on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
