We want to assure all of our clients that in addition to taking proper health precautions; we are monitoring the situation closely, and continue to follow the guidance provided by relevant authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local government bodies.

Please keep in mind that reduced staffing at medical offices, insurance companies, and attorney offices, as well as the current 30-day closure of the North Carolina Court system may result in delays in service. Additionally, increased activity on phone lines and bandwidth may also contribute to delays. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
