What is Super Lawyers?
Super Lawyers uses a patented, multi-phase process to select exceptional attorneys of numerous practice areas. First, an attorney’s peers must nominate them to qualify for a place on the list. From there, Super Lawyers performs their independent research. Campaigning and self-nominating are prohibited. As a result, only 5% of lawyers in each state are selected to be on the Super Lawyers list.

Meet Our Attorneys, David Daggett and Griff Shuler
David D. Daggett, the award-winning managing partner of Daggett Shuler, is a devoted injury lawyer, athlete, and family man. Mr. Daggett strives to give back to the Triad Community for generations to come.
Mr. Daggett co-founded the Safe Sober program to raise awareness of and prevent drug and alcohol-related injuries and fatalities. Safe Sober, originally Safe Sober Prom Night, was initially aimed at encouraging Triad youth to refrain from dangerous and destructive behaviors and have a safe and sober prom night. Since then, it has evolved into an all-encompassing initiative to protect the health and safety of the entire community. Three decades after its establishment, Safe Sober continues to engage the Triad community and has received numerous accolades and awards, including The North Carolina Governor’s Highway Safety Award for Public Service. Daggett Shuler is the first law firm to win this award.
Griff Shuler is an executive partner of Daggett Shuler. A board-certified Workers’ Compensation Law specialist, Mr. Shuler is dedicated to educating injured workers about their rights to a safe and secure recovery. He has experience representing workers with various injuries and protecting their rights as they face the workers’ compensation claims process.
As a former college soccer player, two-time Academic All-American, and team Co-Captain, Mr. Shuler lets his impressive athletic performance guide him in his career as an attorney. He values training, teamwork, and winning when navigating the field or representing injured clients. This is what drives Griff Shuler to make a difference in his community.
