What is Super Lawyers?
Super Lawyers selects attorneys of numerous practice areas based on a patented, multi-phase process. For an attorney to qualify, their peers must nominate them for a place on the list, while Super Lawyers performs their own independent research. Lawyers cannot promote themselves or purchase a place on the list and are prohibited from campaigning. Only 5% of lawyers are selected to be on the Super Lawyers list in each state.

Meet Our Attorneys David Daggett and Griff Shuler
David D. Daggett is the managing partner of Daggett Shuler. A dedicated injury lawyer, triathlete, and family man, Mr. Daggett is passionate about giving back to the Triad community. He co-founded the Safe Sober Program to raise awareness of and prevent drug and alcohol-related injuries and fatalities. Originally designed to encourage the teenage population of the Triad to enjoy safe and sober prom night celebrations, the program has received numerous accolades and awards, including the North Carolina Governor’s Highway Safety Award for Public Service, making Daggett Shuler the first law firm to win. In more recent history, Safe Sober has evolved into a year-round initiative encouraging healthy choices among the entire community.
In addition to this recognition, Mr. Daggett is a recipient of the National Trial Lawyers Care Award from the American Association for Justice, as well as the American Bar Association Award for Dignity in Lawyer Advertising for his promotion of the Safe Sober Program. He has also received the Ford Ironman Everyday Hero Award, which featured him worldwide on ESPN and Universal Sports.
Griff Shuler is an executive partner of Daggett Shuler. Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation Law specialist, who is dedicated to educating injured workers of their rights for a safe and secure recovery. Mr. Shuler possesses experience representing workers of a wide variety of injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, serious back injuries, neck injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, and many other types of work-related injuries and illnesses.
As a former college soccer player and two-time Academic All-American and Co-Captain of the team, Mr. Shuler’s impressive performance as an athlete guides him in his career as an attorney. Whether on the field or pursuing cases, he values training, teamwork, and winning. This is what drives Griff Shuler to make a difference in his community.
