About David Daggett, Managing Partner
David Daggett is a champion for those who have been injured in an accident. Not only does he practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance claims, but he also strives to actively contribute to the Triad community. He does so by promoting safety and awareness, co-founding programs such as the Safe Sober Prom Night Program, which encourages high school students to remain drug and alcohol free on Prom night. Mr. Daggett is also an accomplished athlete, having completed over 195 triathlons, as well as 29 Ironman competitions.
About Griff Shuler, Executive Partner
Griff Shuler was motivated to become an attorney to help those in need. He believes in educating those who have been injured as to their rights, and supports each client with great compassion. Mr. Shuler is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. For more than two decades he has concentrated his practice in Workers’ Compensation claims and complex third-party cases, from traumatic brain injury and occupational disease cases, to serious back and neck injuries.
