About Griff Shuler, Executive Partner

Griff Shuler is a passionate advocate for injured victims and was motivated to become an attorney to help those in need especially for those who have been injured while at work. “Our number one priority is fighting for our clients to help them through this difficult time in their lives.” Mr. Shuler enjoys educating injured workers regarding their legal rights and believes in being supportive and compassionate to each client. Griff is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Comp Law. For over two decades, Mr. Shuler has handled many different types of workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He handles cases involving traumatic brain injury, serious back injuries, neck injuries, hand, arm, feet, leg fractures, rotator cuff, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, occupational disease cases, and many other types of work-related injuries.

About David Daggett, Managing Partner

Since 1985, Mr. Daggett has been a champion for those who have been injured in an accident. “We help people through situations that, many times, are the worst events they’ve experienced in their lives.” He passionately assists clients with all types of injury cases, including serious injuries, wrongful death, and insurance claims.

David is an accomplished athlete who has completed more than 195 triathlons, including 29 Ironman competitions.
