About Griff Shuler, Executive Partner

Griff is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Comp Law. For over two decades, Mr. Shuler has handled many different types of workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He handles cases involving traumatic brain injury, serious back injuries, neck injuries, hand, arm, feet, leg fractures, rotator cuff, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, occupational disease cases, and many other types of work-related injuries.
About David Daggett, Managing Partner
Since 1985, Mr. Daggett has been a champion for those who have been injured in an accident. “We help people through situations that, many times, are the worst events they’ve experienced in their lives.” He passionately assists clients with all types of injury cases, including serious injuries, wrongful death, and insurance claims.
David is an accomplished athlete who has completed more than 195 triathlons, including 29 Ironman competitions. When it comes to handling personal injury cases, David Daggett brings his clients the same devotion and intensity that has helped him become a world-class athlete.
