Nick completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky, where he earned a degree in political science, magna cum laude. He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and the Moot Court Board.
Nick has spent his entire career helping his clients throughout the prelitigation and litigation processes. He has significant experience in litigating motor vehicle, premises liability, and medical malpractice claims. Nick also has experience in assisting parties with coverage issues involving a wide variety of insurance policies.
Throughout his career he has participated in motion practice, all aspects of discovery, including expert witness depositions, and multiple trials. Nick’s primary area of practice involves representing injured individuals in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle, trucking, and premises liability cases. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Nick and his fiancé, Sarah, live in Winston-Salem with their Labrador retriever, Maggie, and enjoy spending time with friends and family and following the Kentucky Wildcats, North Carolina State Wolfpack, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
