Daggett Shuler Law founding partner and attorney David Daggett has been named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine, Law and Politics and Charlotte Magazine, now for a 7^th year. This prestigious award reflects hard work, determination and proven experience providing the highest level of legal services in and out of the courtroom.

For over 32 years, Attorney David Daggett has been protecting and defending the rights of the injured and disabled in and around the Triad.

When David is not helping his clients, he can be seen biking along the roads of Winston-Salem, training for an Ironman competition, spending quality time with his wife and three children, and being an active member of the community.

There is a rigorous multi-phase selection process to be named a Super Lawyer. Attorneys are invited to nominate the top lawyers they have personally observed in action, whether as opposing counsel, co-counsel, or through other firsthand observation in the courtroom.

Then Super Lawyers organization selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.

Lawyers are evaluated based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement: Verdicts/Settlements, Transactions, Representative Clients, Experience, Honors/Awards, Special licenses/certifications, Position within the law firm, Bar and/or professional activity, Pro bono and community service, Scholarly lectures/writings, Education/employment background, Other outstanding achievements

The final published list represents no more than 5% of the most esteemed lawyers in each state.
