• This means 1 in 4 children in our area qualify as food insecure.
• Food Banking began over 35 years ago to prevent food waste and help feed communities.

It is so important for everyone in our community to be charitable, especially during the Holiday Season. Supporting a local Food Bank makes a huge difference to many local families in need.

Daggett Shuler has held a fall food drive every year since we first opened our doors, and we are passionate about keeping this important tradition alive! This year, Daggett Shuler will be delivering our donated food supplies to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina on Friday, November 18^th.

This weekend, David Daggett, Griff Shuler and Clyde Fitzgerald, the Executive Director for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina, will appear on Triad Today to discuss the importance of donating and supporting the less fortunate members of our community.
