Stay Safe This Memorial Day Weekend!

As the start of summer officially begins with the kick off of long beach days and barbeques, the attorneys and staff at Daggett Shuler want to wish you and your family a safe and happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Whether you chose to spend your holiday weekend on the beach, at a family barbeque, or enjoying a staycation, we hope that you have a wonderful and safe weekend.

Please keep in mind that Memorial Day is one of the busiest travel holidays of the year – with an estimated 38 million Americans traveling on this holiday weekend. With more drivers on the road comes an increased risk of being involved in a car accident.

At Daggett Shuler, we encourage you to:

  • Plan your trip ahead of time – leave early in order to get a head start on your drive & try to travel at non-peak hours.
  • Stay alert – make sure to be aware of your surroundings at all times, be patient and obey the speed limit throughout your drive.
  • Stay informed – know where there are road closures and heavy or delayed traffic.
  • Avoid distracted driving – never use your phone while driving, and keep conversation short among passengers.
  • NEVER drink & drive!

Enjoy Memorial Day Weekend responsibly!

Daggett Shuler Law – You Can Depend on Us

I was in a horrific automobile accident in 2021. While in the hospital a friend of mine reached out to Daggett Shuler without my knowledge, fortunately Attorney Mike Clark took my case. Ge fought so hard for me! He drove the road I was on himself, he more than answered every question I had, he was so concerned and caring not only for me but for my family as well. Without a doubt hands down I would refer anyone to him. He will fight for you and stand up for you!
