The seminar was presented by the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation at the NC Bar Center in Cary. Shuler is past chair of the Medio-Legal Liaison Committee which is the only committee made up of doctors and lawyers from around the state.
Shuler concentrates his law practice in Workers’ Compensation claims and complex, third party Personal Injury cases. He has extensive experience over the past 18 years in handling many different types of work related injury claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
