Daggett Shuler Holds Fall Food Drive to Support the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina

This morning, the attorneys and staff at Daggett Shuler provided donations from our annual Fall Food Drive to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina.

Daggett Shuler has held a Fall Food Drive every year since we first opened our doors, and we are passionate about keeping this important tradition alive!

We are thrilled to deliver these much needed donations to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina. This wonderful community organization works hard to reduce hunger and malnutrition in Northwest North Carolina.

We hope that our donations will make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate in our community this Thanksgiving.

Our donations were collected by Reverend Chuck Harmon, food donor relations manager for the Second Harvest Food Bank as well as the pastor at Willow Hill Moravian church. Reverend Harmon is a longtime friend of Daggett Shuler. He comes to our office every Friday morning before Thanksgiving to deliver a sermon and collect our donations.

With Thanksgiving next week and the Holiday Season just around the corner, it is so important for everyone in our community to come together in support of local families in need.

This weekend on Triad Today, David Daggett, Griff Shuler, and Clyde Fitzgerald, the Executive Director of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina, will discuss the importance of charitable donations during the Holiday Season.

You have two chances to watch this very special appearance on Triad Today:

  • WXLV ABC 45, Saturday 11/19/16 @ 7:30AM

  • WMYV MY 48, Sunday 11/20/16 @ 11:00AM

Food insecurity is a major issue that impacts a shocking number of local families and communities. Please support your local food bank and give generously this Holiday Season.
