This case involved a dual claim for benefits under workers’ compensation law and personal injury liability law. We resolved the client’s workers’ compensation claim that provided compensation and allowed him to return to work. We obtained an arbitration award against his employer’s automobile insurance to provide our client with additional compensation. We argued in court for an elimination of the workers’ compensation lien and payment of additional interest to the client for the period before the final award was paid.
