David Daggett, managing partner at Daggett Shuler, Attorneys at Law, was honored to be the MC for the first annual St. Peter’s “We Care 5K” for Hunger.
The We Care 5K is a fundraiser for the We Care house, a ministry started at St. Peter’s Church and World Outreach Center (SPWOC), whose mission is to help meet the physical needs of the community in order to position them so their spiritual needs can be met without a distraction. The We Care House was started by Dr. James C Hash Sr and Joyce Hash, Senior Pastors of SPWOC in Winston-Salem.
The 1st annual SPWOC We Care Run/Walk for Hunger 5k helped raise money in support of the We Care House and Garden. The We Care House and Garden donate fresh produce, food, and clothing to community members throughout North Carolina.
Hundreds of people from our local community came together to raise money for this amazing organization, working tirelessly to end food insecurity in North Carolina. At Daggett Shuler Law we care deeply about our community and want to say thank you to everyone who came out to show their support and help end food insecurity throughout North Carolina.
