November 9, 2011- Griff C. Shuler, of Daggett Shuler, Attorneys at Law, is serving as Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section Council for 2011-2012. He is also serving a second term as Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Medico-Legal Liaison Committee for 2011-2012. The Medico-Legal Liaison Committee is made up of doctors, lawyers, hospital and medical board administrators. The committee is responsible for periodic review of and revisions to the Medico-Legal Guidelines and for promoting the understanding and cooperation between attorneys and the medical profession.
