I really can’t say enough about the compassion, care, the focused attention to detail, and the kindness extended to me in my time of needed guidance and legal support. All my options were well defined as well as the timelines associated with each choice. Due to extensive hospitalization, medical follow up and rehab, I was very concerned about my credit being blemished regarding any medical bills being late. All of the negotiations with Baptist were fully handled and my credit was not affected in any negative manner. You don’t know what a tremendous load off my shoulders that was in a time of recovery. As to the legal process and protocols, the final decisions were mine to make, concluded and balanced by their years of experience. Though I hope I won’t need them in the future, I would certainly return for their assistance when the event arose.
