The Shalom Project,a local non-profit organization in Winston Salem, NC, aims to make a lasting difference in poverty-stricken communities through programs designed to assist those with immediate needs.
Community services include a medical clinic and pharmacy, a food pantry, a clothing closet and prepared meals all in an effort to help families build a permanent pathway out of poverty and build a healthier community through physical improvements.
David Daggett is thrilled to be able to join this summer’s Big Chill fundraiser and help raise money for this amazing organization. The Big Chill gets local community members to raise money through fundraiser goals of their choosing! If David doesn’t meet this year’s goal he has to sit on blocks of ice at their ice cream festival.
With the help of community members, The Shalom Project’s programs are able to run to their fullest potential and help many throughout Winston-Salem. Click here to help David meet his goal. Even the smallest donation will go a long way!
